Altai Territory is among the three regions of the country, who will receive support to implement a new model of development of additional education of children

The system of additional education of the Altai Territory is recognized as one of the most efficient in Russia. It includes the organization of 421 319 state and municipal institutions different departments and 102 non-state (commercial and non-profit) organization.
Total additional general education programs in the region reached almost two-thirds of children aged 5 to 18 years (which is 3.3% higher than the national average). By 2020, it plans to increase the coverage of children and adolescents additional education services to 75%.
